Vlad: Changes

In order for Vlad to work better at mywaves, we have requested several changes and are working on providing patches for those changes. The requests are entered through rubyforge.

• Open:
  • 20764 "Too many open files" on large deploys
  • 20765 add &block to run (like rake's sh) to handle errors
  • 20766 throttle number of threads (maximum thread option)
  • 20768 option for thread output prefix
  • 20769 flush output at the end of remote_task
• Closed:
  • 20767 remote_task should pass a task param, |t|, like task does
• Patches without change request:
  • Allow an empty list of hosts for a role.
